Why TalkFlux exists
We got tired of paying €60/month to be frustrated.
Our mission
Make working with frontier AI models simple, accessible and transparent.
-
No artificial limits
If a model can do something, you should be able to do it too. No hidden caps. No arbitrary restrictions.
-
Clarity over complexity
You shouldn’t need to decode pricing or behavior. Everything should be clear at a glance.
-
Built for real workflows
TalkFlux is made for people who rely on AI every day, not just for occasional use.
AI became powerful. Using it became messy.
If you’ve tried working with the best AI models available today, you’ve probably run into the same pattern:
- multiple subscriptions
- multiple interfaces
- multiple billing systems
And even after juggling all that, you still hit limits right when you’re in the middle of something important.
The alternative is going straight to the APIs.
That removes those limits, but replaces them with another barrier: tools designed for developers, not for how most people actually work day to day.
Then come the multi-provider platforms.
On paper, they solve the fragmentation. In practice, many introduce credit systems that make things harder to understand.
Credits turn into tokens.
Tokens turn into dollars.
Somewhere along the way, clarity disappears.
You stop knowing what anything really costs.
So we asked a simple question:
Why can’t using frontier AI models be simple?
That question became TalkFlux.
What TalkFlux is
TalkFlux AI is a unified interface for frontier AI models.
A single place where you can:
- work with different models
- switch between them without friction
- organize everything into conversations and projects
- see the real cost of what you’re doing as you go
No artificial usage caps.
No feature tiers getting in the way.
Just access to the models you need, with a workflow that doesn’t interrupt you.
All models. One flow.
Our approach to pricing
Pricing should make sense without opening documentation.
TalkFlux keeps it simple with two models.
| Model | How it works | What you pay |
|---|---|---|
| BYOK | Connect your own API keys | A flat SaaS fee |
| Pay-as-you-go (planned) | TalkFlux provides the API keys | Provider cost + transparent markup |
No credit packs.
No “AI units”.
No hidden conversions.
If something costs money, you see exactly how much, when it happens.
The principles behind TalkFlux
TalkFlux is shaped by a few core ideas.
1. The best model changes constantly
There’s no single winner.
What works best depends on the task, the context, even the moment.
A good tool shouldn’t lock you into one choice.
It should let you move freely between all of them.
2. Pricing should be transparent
If you need to stop and think about your bill, something’s wrong.
AI usage should map directly to real cost, without layers in between.
3. Tools should reduce friction
Software should stay out of your way.
The goal is simple: focus on the work, not on managing tools or figuring out how they behave.
How TalkFlux started
TalkFlux began as a small internal tool.
At first, it was just a way to stop jumping between platforms and make working with multiple models less frustrating.
Over time, it became clear this wasn’t a niche problem.
More people were running into the same friction:
They wanted the power of AI APIs without dealing with the overhead that comes with them.
That’s where TalkFlux started to take shape as a product.
Who’s behind it
TalkFlux is built by Rodrigo de Miguel, entrepreneur and product engineer.
It comes from a very practical frustration: powerful models on one side, awkward tools on the other.
TalkFlux exists to close that gap.
Not by building another model.
But by building a better way to work with them.
The short version
AI today is powerful, but access to it is fragmented and often confusing.
TalkFlux brings frontier AI models into one place, with simple workflows and clear pricing.
No artificial limits.
No opaque credit systems.
Simple. Centralized. No hassle.
What’s coming next
TalkFlux is being built openly, with a focus on what actually improves day-to-day work.
Here’s what’s on the way:
- Web search integration
- File uploads and document context
- Image and multimodal capabilities
- Voice interface
- More model providers
No feature tiers.
No gated unlocks.
Everything follows the same idea:
If it’s useful, it should be available to everyone.
Stop juggling AI tools
If you’re tired of managing multiple subscriptions and trying to make sense of unclear pricing, TalkFlux is built for exactly that problem.
TalkFlux is built by Rodrigo de Miguel, entrepreneur and product engineer.
It started as a simple personal tool to make working with multiple AI models easier, and slowly grew into something others found useful for the same reason.
One interface.
All models.
No unnecessary subscriptions.
No hidden costs.
